Welcome to the Patsy Monteleone Web Site!

Patsy's "Music" page breaks out into three "genre" pages: Jazz-Pop Standards, Island Tunes, and C&W. Click on "Music" above, and you'll see what we mean.

The tunes you'll hear are mostly home-recorded, with less-than the best equipment. Other songs were recorded with better gear, and sound a bit more polished. Apple's GarageBand software was the recording app of choice. This unadorned software allowed Patsy to hit a button and record, so he could concentrate on the music and not on learning a complicated computer application. Amadeus II was used to do some post-recording work such as filtering, amplification, and generation of Web-ready MP3 files. Information about the recordings, Patsy's methods, instruments used, and historical notes will be included with each tune.

We'll be adding a "Videos" page one of these days, just as soon as we shoot some videos! Keep an eye open for that.
